If we cannot ship an order within the promised period, we will provide the required delay notification, cancellation options, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the destinations made available during checkout.

Shipping prices and available delivery services depend on the destination, package characteristics, and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate delivery information.

Where permitted by law, additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

A carrier's tracking status may be used as evidence of shipment or delivery but does not automatically override applicable consumer rights.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer only when permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for defective products or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All original website content owned by OXYON Studio, including original product photography, descriptions, graphics, branding, and original designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
